What we collect: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order details. Card payments are handled securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay), so we never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it: to process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to keep the records the law requires (for example, for tax). We only send marketing emails if you've signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with: only the companies that help us run the shop: Shopify (our website platform), our payment providers and our delivery couriers. Some of these store data outside the UK, with safeguards required by UK law. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it: order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
